HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN SUAMI DENGAN KEPATUHAN KUNJUNGAN ANTENATAL CARE (ANC) PADA IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER III DI RUMAH BERSALIN PEMERINTAH KOTA MALANG

Abstract

The support of a husband has a significant role to avoid threat mental health. The support ofa husband is coming from family surrounding in which they are capable of serving and caring about the problems faced by a pregnant mother. A pregnant mother needs any support and the role of family she hopes to let her be in the best wishes of her life. The purpose of this research is to know whether or not the support of a husband is correlated to the visit fulfill of Antenatal Care (ANC). The design of this research is using correlation analysis design by total sampling as the sample which are taken from 43 trimester 3 pregnant mothers. The variable which is examined is the support of a husband toward a pregnant mother and visit fulfill Antenatal Care (ANC). The data is collected from questioner toward all of the trimester 3 pregnant mothers and done in December 2013. The result of the research shows that there is a significant correlationship between the support ofa husband and visit fulfill Antenatal Care (ANC) by using Chi-Square method as the prove analysis in the level of significant (α=0,05) with probability values (ρ)=0,029 and χ2 hitung (4,773) more than χ2 tabel (3,841). So, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The conclusion is there is a significant correlation between the support of a husband and the visit fulfill Antenatal Care (ANC) toward trimester 3 pregnant mother in the Government Maternity post tense in Malang.
