Abstract
Abstract : The learning process is complex and comprehensive. In midwifery education, emotional intelligence skills needed to increase result of learning that are based on emotional intelligence so as to produce an best achievement.. Method: The research design was correlational design. The sample are 34 student of in D III midwivery on STIKes Patria Husada Blitar, it was choosen using exhausted sampling. The data was collected by questionnaire. Result : Based on statistical using multiple linear regression model obtained sig = 0.001. This shows 0.000 <0.05 that the presence of the above found that the pvalue (0,001) <0.05, it can be concluded that there are significant that that there was a relation between emotional quotient and independent learning with the student result of skill laboratory in pathology midwifery care.
