PENGARUH HIPNOTERAPI TERHADAP KUALITAS HIDUP MENOPAUSE DI WILAYAH PUSKESMAS POLOWIJEN KEL. POLOWIJEN RW 01 KEC. BLIMBING KOTA MALANG

Kualitas hidup adalah tingkatan yang menggambarkan keunggulan kualitas hidup seorang individu.
Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas hidup diantaranya adalah usia, pendidikan dan perkerjaan, status
pernikahan, finansial. Hipnoterapi merupakan terapi non-farmakologi untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian hipnoterapi terhadap kualitas hidup menopause.
Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Quasi Eksperimental dengan pendekatan Two Groups Control Design. Jumlah sampel yaitu 56, terbagi atas 28 orang kelompok intervensi dan 28 kelompok kontrol, diambil
menggunakan teknik Cluster Sampling. Instrument yang digunakan adalah lembar kuesioner, lembar observasi
kondisi trance dan audio visual hipnoterapi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Juni – Juli 2020. Hasil uji
statistic Wilcoxon Matched Pairs dan uji Mann-Whitney U Test diperoleh nilai ρ value sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05)
sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa ada perbedaan secara signifikan kualitas hidup setelah dilakukan pemberian
hipnoterapi antara kelompok intervensi dan kontrol. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh
pemberian hipnoterapi terhadap kualitas hidup menopause di Wilayah Puskesmas Polowijen Kelurahan
Polowijen RW 01 Kecamatan Blimbing Kota Malang. Hipnoterapi sebagai terapi alternative komplementer
dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup wanita menopause

PENGARUH DUKUNGAN KELUARGA TERHADAP KEMAUAN LANSIA UNTUK VAKSIN KETIGA SEBAGAI PENCEGAHAN PENULARAN COVID-19 DI DESA SATRIYAN KANIGORO KABUPATEN BLITAR

Orang lanjut usia akan menjadi sangat rentan terhadap gangguan kesehatan, seperti yang
marak saat ini adalah virus Covid-19 atau Coronavirus Disease 19. Virus ini dapat menyebabkan
infeksi saluran pernafasan. Perkembangan virus Covid-19 yang begitu cepat dan dampaknya
begitu luas. Sebagai upaya pencegahan virus ini pemerintah mengadakan kegiatan vaksin dan
saat ini sudah mencapai dosis ketiga. Dalam hal ini dukungan keluarga diperlukan terhadap
kemauan vaksin pada lansia, karena di Desa Satriyan untuk capaian vaksin cukup rendah.
Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan keluarga terhadap kemauan vaksin pada
lansia.
Metode penelitian ini cross sectional penelitian dengan jenis korelasi analitik. Populasi pada
penelitian ini berjumlah 34 responden dengan teknik accidental sampling. Penelitian ini
dilaksanakan pada bulan April selama 21 hari dengan menggunakan kuisoner. Uji statistic
menggunakan Chi-Square.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa diketahui nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-sided) pada uji Person Chi-
Square adalah sebesar 0,004. Karena nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-sided) keputusan diatas, dapat
disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian dapat diartikan bahwa adanya
“Pengaruh Dukungan Keluarga Terhadap Kemauan Lansia Untuk Vaksin Ketiga Sebagai
Pencegahan Penularan Covid-19 Di Desa Satriyan Kanigoro Kabupaten Blitar tahun 2022”. Hal
ini dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi dukungan keluarga yang diberikan pada lansia, semakin
tinggi kemauan lansia untuk vaksin Covid-19 untuk mencegah penularan virus tersebut.

PENGARUH SWEDISH MASSAGE TERHADAP TINGKAT NYERI PASIEN KANKER YANG MENJALANI KEMOTERAPI DI RUMAH SAKIT PANTI NIRMALA MALANG

Cancer is a disease characterized by uncontrolled cell division. Cancer treatment
with chemotherapy can cause physical and psychological responses for patients,
one of the physical responses felt is pain. Swedish massage therapy by providing
long and smooth pressurized massage can relax so as to reduce pain levels. The
purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Swedish Massage therapy on
the pain level of post chemotherapy cancer patients at Panti Nirmala Hospital,
Malang. Pre-experimental research method pre-test post-test design. The sample
of this study was 30 female cancer patients who underwent injection
chemotherapy using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument uses
the Numerical Range Scale (NRS). The t-test analysis showed that there were
differences in the level of pain before and after the Swedish massage (p-value
0.000 <0.05). The results of the study recommend that Swedish massage therapy
can be used as an alternative method in reducing pain levels in post-
chemotherapy cancer patients.

PENGARUH PEMBERIAN AROMATERAPI LAVENDER TERHADAP PENURUNAN SKALA NYERI PADA PASIEN POST OPERASI SECTIO CEASERIA DI RUANG MATERNITAS RUMAH SAKIT PRIMA HUSADA MALANG

Sectio caesarea is the delivery of the fetus by means of surgery on the
abdominal wall and uterus, which is intended for certain medical indications. In
sectio caesarea surgery will cause pain in the postpartum incision area. Pain
management aims to achieve an increase in the patient's quality of life, so that he can
return to enjoying a normal life in his family and environment. In dealing with pain,
you can use pharmacology and non pharmacology, one of the non-pharmacological
techniques is aromatherapy, which is lavender which can be useful for reducing pain.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of lavender aromatherapy on
reducing pain scales in postoperative sectio caesarean patients in the Maternity room
of Prima Husada Hospital Malang. The research design used was a Quasi
experiment. The study was conducted in June - August 2020. In this study the
researchers took 2 research groups, namely the group treated with Lavender
aromatherapy and the group without Lavender aromatherapy. Each group consists of
15 people. Using Consecutive sampling technique. Collecting data using a
questionnaire and using the Wilcoxon test data analysis. Research shows that there is
an effect of Lavender Aromatherapy on reducing the pain scale with a significance
value of p <0.05. Based on the results of this study, Lavender aromatherapy can
reduce pain scales in post-caesarean section patients.

PROGNOSIS DALAM 24 JAM DENGAN METODE ACUTE PHYSIOLOGI AND CHRONIC HEALTH EVALUATION (APACHE) II PADA PASIEN GAGAL JANTUNG KIRI DI IGD RUMAH SAKIT

Heart failure causes high morbidity and mortality due to the heterogeneous clinical syndrome of
cardiac overload. Nurses activating Code Blue require the dexterity of conducting a rapid assessment
of patients who come to the ER using the APACHE II method. The purpose of this study was to find
out how the prognosis in 24 hours with the APACHE II method in left heart failure patients in the
hospital emergency room. This study used an observational analytic method with a prospective cohort
design. The sample is 48 respondents. Selected based on consecutive sampling 18 to 25 March 2019
at dr. Soedarsono Pasuruan. The results showed that the prognosis within 24 hours using the
APACHE II method in left heart failure patients at dr. Soedarsono Pasuruan with an AUC value of
0.853, a sensitivity value of 0.757 and a specificity of 0.818 was included in the strong category in
scoring the prognosis within 24 hours of left heart failure patients. While the results of laboratory tests
include pH, HCO3-, sodium, potassium, creatinine, hematocrit, WBC Count. and APACHE II total
score. The pH score is 7.21. HCO3_ 18.87mmol/L. Na+ is 123.27 mmol/L. The K+ value is 3.23
mmol/L. Creatinine is 2.53 mol/L. Hematocrit 28.19%. The WBC Count value is 22.24 cells/µl.
APACHE II total score 35.48. Laboratory results of blood pH are predicted to have an effect on
prognosis and mortality. Increased risk of mortality occurs if blood pH <7.1 and pH <6.8. The increase
in hydrogen ion concentration/blood acidity in metabolic acidosis is indicated by Kussmaul, aiming to
reduce blood PCO2 to compensate for the decrease in blood bicarbonate. Respiratory muscle fatigue
occurs when Kussmaul breathing takes place continuously. Signs of hypocarbia cause cerebral blood
vessel vasoconstriction so that blood flow to the brain decreases. Severe metabolic acidosis results in
central nervous system depression leading to coma and seizures. In conclusion, APACHE II can
predict clinical deterioration in left heart failure patients within 24 hours.
