HUBUNGAN FREKUENSI OLAHRAGA FUTSAL PADA MALAM HARI DENGAN KEJADIAN INSOMNIA PADA ANGGOTA KING FUTSAL DI CHAMPION FUTSAL TLOGOMAS KOTA MALANG

Abstract

ABSTRACT One sport that is mostly done at night is futsal since it has been a trend for Indonesian urban community. The purpose of this research was to correlate the frequency of futsal exercises in the evening and insomnia. The design of the study was analytical observation with cross sectional study. The samples of this research were 40 King Futsal members. The criteria of the sample of the study were male, age 15-23 years old, do regular exercises a times in 2 recent months, and time allocation is 30 minutes with 15 minutes break. The data were analyzed by using chi-square. The result of the study showed that 37.5% members suffered from insomnia and 62.5 % members did not suffered from insomnia. The result of the analysis showed p-value 0.485 higher than α 0.025. It meant H0 could be accepted. In other words, there was no corelation of the frequency of futsal exercises in the evening and insomnia to the members of King Futsal in Champion Futsal Tlogomas Malang. Based on this study it was suggested to all futsal members to control the frequency of exercise at night. Keywords: futsal exercises, insomnia
