Balanced nutritionduring the COVID-19 pandemic is very important for pregnant women because by consumingbalanced nutrition, pregnant women can maintain health. During pregnancy, the nutrition ofpregnant women must meet the nutritional needs for themselves and the growth anddevelopment of the fetus because the nutrition of the fetus depends on the nutrition of thebetween knowledge level of pregnant women about nutrition and nutritional status ofpregnant women in the first trimester i in the era of the covid-19 pandemic in Krajan Villageof Sumbersekar, Dau Subdistrict, Malang Regency. This type of research method uses ananalytical observational research design with the research design used is a cross sectionaldesign. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling, with a total population of 35pregnant women in the first trimester, and 32 samples that were included in the inclusion andexclusion criteria. The data collection method used primary data, namely the level ofknowledge of pregnant women, and secondary data, namely data from KIA books, journals,and articles. The data collection technique in this research is by distributing questionnaireswhich are filled directly by the respondents. The results of the Chi Square test obtained p =0.001 (p < 0.05) which indicates there is a significant relationship between the level ofknowledge of pregnant women about nutrition and the nutritional status of pregnant womenDau Subdistrict, Malang Regency.Keywords: Knowledge, nutrition of pregnant women, nutritional status of pregnant women
