Abstract

Mother's level of knowledge plays an important role in increasing knowledge andattitudes in the formation of actions to implement the COVID-19 health protocol. Thepurpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge level andadherence to health protocols in pregnant women who visited Ante Natal Care at PMB SitiRugayah A.Md. Keb. Malang Regency. The research design used was observational analyticcross sectional. Large population 40 people. The sample size is 40 people. The samplingtechnique is total sampling. Data collection instruments in the form of questionnaires andobservation sheets. Based on the results of the Spearman Rank correlation analysis with asignificance level of 0.01 p: 0.004 it is proven that there is a relationship between the level ofknowledge and the adherence of pregnant women to the health protocol. Based on the resultsof descriptive analysis, it is known that most (95%) pregnant women who carry out ANC areaged 20 -35 years, most (53%) are in the third trimester of pregnancy, most (60%) have ahigh school / high school education level and some have a high school education. Most(90%) are housewives, most (78%) of the knowledge level of pregnant women are in the goodcategory, the level of compliance of pregnant women is mostly (48%) in the poor category.Thus, it is still necessary to provide IEC regarding health protocols for pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially regarding physical distancing, washing hands,and using hand sanitizer.Keywords: knowledge, compliance, covid-19 protocol.
