Pengaruh Senam Yoga terhadap Kecemasan Menghadapi Penyusunan Skripsi pada Mahasiswa Tingkat Akhir Program Studi S1 Keperawatan di STIKes Kendedes Malang

Undergraduate students are learners in college or in higher education. Thesis is a scientific work made by students in the undergraduate level in order to complete the final project of their study program. The difficulties when preparing a thesis by students are often felt as a heavy burden, as a result the perceived difficulties develop into negative attitudes such as anxiety which can eventually lead to loss of motivation. Complementary therapy is one solution to reduce anxiety. The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of yoga exercise on anxiety facing the copletion of thesis to the final year undergraduate students nursing program of STIKes Kendedes Malang. The research design used was a pre-experimental design with one group pre-post test method. The population in this study were all students at the end of Undergraduate Students nursing program of STIKes Kendedes Malang, amounting to 22 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Analysis of the data used in this study using the Paired T-Test. Data that has been collected was analyzed using Paired T-Test obtained P value <0.05 which is significant 0,000.Therefore, it can be concluded that H1 is accepted which means that there is an effectof yoga exercise on anxiety facing the copletion of thesis to the final year undergraduate students nursing program of STIKes Kendedes Malang.
